Well fuck. I picked up a stupid bun from the bakery on the way home from school and realised after eating it just how many calories it was. I need to not indulge those kind of cravings. But then, I don’t really eat very many carbs any more and its still early. I plan on walking to wokr (3.5 km) and doing my 30 minutes of calisthenics tonight so I guess its not so bad?
Actually, yeah. I think I’m kind of beating myself up over nothing. I’m not going to try and purge it, I’m not going to make myself skip the soup I had planned for lunch, I’m just going to drink some water and make sure to give it my all when I’m working out.
When I meet my husband coming off the plane in four months he can pick me up and spin me around like in a cheesy old movie.
Ahhh…. post work out shower with all the cute new little Barbie shower-stuffs my mummy got me (my mummy thinks I’m 6, maybe because I call her mummy). It has shower foam, moisturizer, body spray, lip balm… It smells like somewhere between that anglefood cake with confetti in it an caramel popcorn. Maybe its a little young for me but its fun and it makes me feel girly.
Haha.
Damn, I want a big glass of white wine. Even if I were to drink a whole damn bottle I wouldn’t meet my calorie threshold but no, no, nope. I don’t need it.
I just calculated my BMI and almost dropped my jaw on the floor. 34.7? No freaking way!
Then I realised I’d accidentally put it 250lbs instead of 150, haha. Makes a little difference! 20.9 is the real number.
If nothing else tonight I will
A) Not drink liquor
B) Get my full 8 cups of water
C) Work out at least 30 minutes of moderate calisthenics.

I love fast, at home work outs. I will be doing this once I get home tomorrow. Hell, I could it in the morning before I leave, too. Might as well re-start this right!
